Our business is based on fighting food waste. We currently pick up culled produce from retailers and farmers in our community. We do a re-culling process and then cook the product to create our product lines. Our packaging is zero waste, as we use a deposit system. 10% of our profit goes to food charity on the coast, and any of our product that hits its best before date on retails shelves is sent to the food bank to be used. We run school programs within the community where we teach kids about food waste and healthy eating. Our business Is in the process of growing, and this sort of recognition would really help.
