GeoTility is a locally owned and operated business that has been designing, installing and servicing heating and cooling systems for more than 30 years. They have a staff of 50+ experienced professionals and have hired many employees who started as first year apprentices and have now become experienced journeymen with 10+ years work experience with the company. They also encourage young adults to explore careers in trades, engineering and other sectors.
Geotility also participates in the Ministry-Authorized Work Experience Program, and currently has a full-time second year apprentice on staff that started with them three years ago through the Work Experience program.
In 2016/2017 they also participated in the Home of Today and Home of Tomorrow projects at Wilden, which saw 17 residential construction students from UBC Okanagan and Okanagan College working alongside industry professionals, giving them hands on training in a variety of skills.
